Nice, cosy place. The pho was delicious. The chef was happy to give us a Vegetarian version though it doesn't feature on the menu. We also had the shrimp and veg in coconut curry. Again, they were happy to add more veg for us. I'm always happy when the kitchen staff is flexible and generous.

Amazing food. Best service ever. Guy there was so sweet. We got lost looking for somewhere to eat found this place just about to close and he stayed open so we could get food. So patience and helpful. Would recomend to anyone anytime.

Food was mediocre. Service was terrible for two reasons: 1. For whatever reason, they only filled/refilled tea pot to about a 1/4 of the teapot capacity so we keep having to ask for more tea, which seemed inconvenient to them. 2. False advertising: menu indicates that the appetizer portion of spring rolls is 3, but they will only bring out 2. They explained that this is because they used to make them smaller, so now that they're made bigger, you only get two. This was my first time there so I told him I don't know what the previous size was but I expect 3 as per the menu. I was denied. Strange.

Love this place for pick up - The Pho is great (I recommend the brisket). One of the only places I've found that offers a Larger size for pick up or delivery.

Food is good and ingredients are fresh. Staff is friendly and fast when I went during lunch time. It was busy. The only thing was that I felt I could've had one more slice of meat. I noticed I had to carefully ratio out my meat so that I didn't end up with just noodle at the end. I had the vermicelli noodle with fish sauce, grilled beef and a spring roll. They also give free tea. The total price of my bill was $15 something. I don't think that is expensive for Ottawa.
