  My grandmother has been living at Trillium for a few years now and during the process of finding her a care home we explored most of the care communities available in Victoria. Trillium's community relations team led by Lesley was by far the most professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their homes are clean, nicely decorated and their staff take excellent care of residents. There is no long term care community in the region that I would recommend more than Trillium Communities. Thank you so much!!!!

  The staff at Trillium Care Communities have been extremely helpful and friendly. We've been looking for a care home to place my mother in the next few years. So we've been looking early and doing tours.
