  Great place for the price. It's reasonably close to downtown, but probably not walking distance. The front desk was very helpful.

  Location was excellent for travel and access to local amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. Some of the common areas, stairways and hallways, could be spruced up. Breakfast had a good variety of options but some up the food, eggs and sausages, could be better. Overall good stay, just room for improvement in small areas.

  Booked a week in advance. Room isn't available when we arrive. First level absolutely stinks of smoke. Upgraded room is sub-par. Not enough parking. Pool is 4 feet deep and 20 x 20...."hot tub" is an oversized bathtub with bubbles.....hockey team played hockey in hallways all day into the night. "Fitness center is a bike, a treadmill, and elliptical in a very small room. $160 a night...hopefully breakfast is good........ The stay did the job.....but we will surely look elsewhere to stay next time we are in town.

  The pool and hot tub are lovely, not deep but great for kids! The room was nice, beds were very comfy, they lacked style but overall a pretty good experience.

  I have never been treated so kind by all staff from answering all questions, even helping prepare a fabulous home made waffle. This place is the best and so good to my dog. I would choose this place everytime. They are so caring and understanding. They make you feel so welcome. The cleaning staff are amazing every time. I love it, my dog loves it. Can't say enough good things about this place. I was in crisis and the care I received was above and beyond anything I was expecting. You won't be disappointed.
