  Everyone's experience at salons can vary based on the person they see...my 5 star is for Amita! I have been going to her to get my eyebrows forever and she is the best. Whether it's waxing or threading...she is your girl! Would follow her anywhere!! Thanks Amita!

  I would give a 0 if I could, I was always a regular customer here but it’s sad that due to the new owners bad attitude I will not be going to any trade secrets ever!! Her name is Dian I believe and the lady is very rude and she needs some mental treatment I believe as she wasn’t only rude to the customers also rude with the employees as much I have noticed. I know all the previous owners and they have treated very nicely never seen anyone at this customer service place with this attitude. Trade secrets should have their reputation back by getting rid of this type of lady I am sorry that I had to say this but it’s the truth.

  Although their products are a little pricey and their back area needs updating, their aesthetics girl (Aseeya) is really good with my eyebrows. She listens to my brow shape request and executes with precision.

  I asked for a bang trim and what I got was horrible. I left fuming mad- almost crying because of how BAD my bangs were trimmed. I asked for them to be trimmed just above my eyelashes and she cut them half way up my forehead. This hairdresser had absolutely no fu*cking clue what she was doing. Do not go here to get your hair cut, as they can't even handle a simple bang trim. Inexperienced and shaky hairdressers who can barely hold a pair of scissors!!!

  If you are in downtown Toronto and looking for a great hair salon where you are going to get great cut, color, highlights or simply great customer service that you can get in spa or salon visit Trade Secrets. I am a very demanding customer and I can tell you this team met all my expectations. My hairstylist, already for years now, is Rodica. She is so skilled and creative that even when I am not sure what change I need, she surprises me with new style that I love even more than before. And let me tell you, I love them all. I am sure that all other members of the team provide a great service, but except the fact that I know them all, I didn't try their services. However, you can feel they function as a team. I strongly believe that behind that feeling of the comfort and "day in a spa" or "day with the friends" is Nancy, the manager the salon. She is always very busy, but always friendly with the customers, as well as the team. Trade Secrets should be proud to have such a great team. I sent already few reviews to Head Office, under Customer Experiences and I hope they received them.
