  Kelly is amazing! Been living with back pain for what seems like forever - been seeing Kelly for about 6-8 weeks and my back is back to being pain free!

  Kelly Spence used his expertise to diagnose my shoulder pain then stretched the shoulder to increase the mobility and gave me instructions on exercises all in one visit. He definitely knows his profession and is willing to help and share his knowledge. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

  So far I've been really impressed with Kelly Spence at Trackside Physio. He's knowledgeable, gentle, and actually spends his time with you, not bopping between rooms just hooking up machines on you, like so many physios.

  I blew out my knee playing soccer and ended up with a bad limp. Kelly was fantastic and I was back to being able to walk without a limp. Back to being able to run! Would highly recommend him and Trackside Physio

  With it's convenient downtown location I sought help from Kelly for an issue with my Achilles tendon. Right from the start Kelly was very attentive to my injury and set me on a planned course of recovery. Kelly guided me through the recovery process and the plan that was executed allowed me to heal and strengthen the tendon. I have recovered and will resume my normal daily activities. I would recommend Kelly (and Trackside) to anyone in need of comprehensive physical therapy services.
