  Great place for kids. Just a smorgasbord of visual treats for the children. Prices will be higher than many online places except for sale items. But knowing that they have stock on hand for last minute wish lists counts for a lot, if you don't want to disappoint the little ones. It's ok, they have a ways to go before learning anything about delayed gratification.

  Absolutely amazing staff we shopped and spent a decent chunk of money and when we got home one of the gifts wasnt in the bag even though we had gone straight home after shopping we called the store told them what happened and they said we will call you back and when then called back they said it would be here waiting for you tomorrow!!! Amazing!! My son will be so happy when he opens this gift thank you so much for you awsome customer service!!

  I love these reviews where individuals chastise the entire store because of the actions of a single employee. Liberalism and self entitlement at its best. But to the point. Love the store, always have since I was a kid. Not always the cheapest prices but if your looking for something quick and dont have time for shipping, its the place to go. I've never had a issue with anybody. Play devils advocate for a moment and imagine being in a toy store all day, screaming kids and impatient adults. You will be cranky too. Face it, customer service is systemically being phased out across all lines of business. Im there to buy a toy, not have my ego massaged. Get over it.

  It's a bit expensive here but they price match. So that is pretty good. Also everyone is very helpful. Knowledgeable staff for sure.
