  Poor customer service. I asked to exchange a pair of shoes that were not worn, with the original receipt, within a week of purchase and was refused. I wanted the same shoe but in a half size bigger and did not have the original box. I offered to leave the new box but was not met with any solution to the problem. As this was happening another staff mentioned there could be a solution but then never did anything further. Very disappointed as there was no effort trying to help me out.
