  Horrible mix-up on the night of arrival almost left me without a room, and the front desk staff couldn’t be bothered to remedy the situation until a manager was asked for. The hallway smelled of caulking and plaster; the hotel was doing renovations without notice on their website. There was also blankets hanging in the elevators, caulking the size of a basketball in my tub to cover what looks like a hole, and putty dust in the hallways. Tried to work in my room on day one, but couldn’t focus because of reno crews sawing and hammering away in the room next to mine. The room cleaning is minimal; ex, not replenishing the coffee supply. I completed their survey that they sent by email, and a promise to be in contact followed the survey completion. So far, I have not heard from anyone. My advice - look elsewhere. The only reason I stayed the three nights that I did was I had no time to look around, while dealing with my work schedule.

  Nice place to stay in downtown posh area. Very close to TTC subway, restaurant's, supermarket, small eateries. Hotel staffs are very helpful and well mannered.

  Sympathique. Vient apparemment d'être rénové. Il y a quelque défaut de finition, mais dans l'ensemble c'est parfait pour quelques jours. Cuisine agencée, vaisselle, machine à laver la vaisselle, bouilloire, machine pour le café. Tout est là pour bien faire. Le seul hic, c'est le système de chauffage. Horrible, un bruit du tonnerre. Nuit catastrophique à cause du bruit causé par l'appareil. Hormis ça, tout est ok.

  Very convenient location. The rooms have been renovated and are comfortable and spacious. They are all however IKEA specials. Nothing exceptional. Unless you have a rate though work or an event, the prices are on the higher side. All in all its comfortable, clean and convenient with good service and ideal for stays of any duration especially if you want more than just a hotel room.

  Apparently you can only have 2 (or more) people in the room at all times: registreered guests only. No outside guests, even if they are not staying overnight. Don't bother with this place if you want to remotely have anyone over to hang out and chill without having to argue with the front desk. You're better off at any other hotel.
