    I usually do not write reviews but I felt this was very necessary because I want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. My children went to this dealership and met with a man named Bart Guica. Right from the get go, he was extremely rude and had an unwelcoming demeanor. I made an appointment for 2pm and my children ended up leaving the shop at 5pm. He was only supposed to change the tires on my 2012 Jetta (bought for $9000). After an hour of waiting for the tires to be swapped, he walked up to my children and scared them by claiming that I “don’t put any money in the car” and it had “so many” problems with it. He then spoke with me on the phone and said he was “legally” not allowed to return my car for “safety reasons” because there were “several issues with the car”. He was very condescending when speaking to me and accusatory that I would let my children drive the Jetta in the condition that it was in. This entire ordeal was happening in front of my children who frequently drive the car, and have NEVER had a problem with it. My mechanic who I usually bring the car to had never mentioned anything like this before. Bart refused to give me my car back and said that he was going to keep it in the shop and work on it. Due to the fact that he claimed he “wasn’t allowed” to give the car back to me, I believed him because I didn’t think he would be lying. When I went back two days later to pick up my car, he billed me $2900+tax. I couldn’t believe it, and yet he continued to make it seem like he did the best he could, saved me money, and had to make sure the car was “safe” to drive. I later spoke with a friend of mine and was appalled to hear that he had a similar experience with Bart Guica and wrote a review explaining what had happened. He was also very rude and condescending to my friend to the point where the manager called and offered a free oil change, followed by a phone call from Bart begging to remove the review and claiming to have had a rough day. I was outraged to hear about this. The fact that after scamming someone, you would think that it wouldn’t happen again and that one would learn from his mistakes. I really hope no one has to deal with this ordeal.

    Terrible customer service!! We was trying to buy a car there but the dealer was trying to add in costs that is not necessary without explained the items to us until we asked about it. Also the manager was so rude when we were negotiating the price. He purposely said something rude in a loud tone so we can hear him from another booth. Don't go there and find another dealership instead!! We finally got a better deal from another dealership within the same week!!

    The best customer service ever. All the staff is amazing. I find them extremely professional, prompt and always willing to help. A special word of appreciation for Saif Rehman, who is extremely cordial and helpful, answers all the questions related to the vehicle n provides helpful hints.

    All I can say is I won't take my car anywhere else. The service manager Ron, the service advisor Bart and parts manager Vasil always make me feel welcome and appreciated. Will definitely continue using them for all parts and service needs.

    Nothing but amazing things to say about this specific dealership. Bought a PO vehicle about 3 weeks ago. Of course, I experience some minor issues with the vehicle with a few lights going off in the cluster (typical ABS, Airbag, Brake light, and Traction lights). To add to this issue, the lights all go off after 3 hours; making it even harder to diagnose the issue. At this point, that was the story I had to bring to the service desk. I was fortunate enough to have an appointment booked during the busiest season of the year. I must say, that was very accommodating. Thanks Lee! I arrived for my appointment and I was greeted by Bart. He is honestly the most reassuring, courteous and accommodating Advisor EVER! He was very attentive to my issue and looked after it. He was very informative and clear with the procedures, policies, and of course, the repairs they will do to your vehicle. When it came time to pick up my car, I was told it was just a software upgrade they had to do AND they washed my car for me (AWESOME!). Most unfortunate but lucky event, those same lights reappeared on my cluster! (Thank God) Now I can actually present the issue and get it fixed. Bart was so apologetic and honestly, I wasn't even upset. I was just glad that I can get all issues fixed before my CPO warranty rolls in. I work in east end of Scarborough and unfortunately, the shuttle service cuts off at the edge of Markham. At this point, because they were squeezing my repair in their busy schedule, I felt bad for the inconvenience. I was asking to see what he can do in terms of just bringing me back to work as I went on my lunch break and i also needed a vehicle to get me from where I am and back to the dealership. Bart went out of his way to help me out. I am touched and very grateful to have been looked after by Bart. You truly made my Monday a better one! I am sure all advisors are amazing, but based off my experience, DEFINITELY ask for Bart!
