  Do not rent from Tower's Realty. I was a good tenant for 3 years, and left the place clean, including repainting at my own cost (the landlady requested this of me, then Towers said I didn't have to). However, on the move-out report they listed a number of issues which included normal wear and tear, and claimed that we owed over $2,000 in damage. I talked to them numerous times wanting to resolve this issue without the stress of a formal claim and they refused. We took them to the Rental Tenancies Board and they were not only unable to prove their claim but they had to pay us part of the damage deposit back. This was after months of stress while I was pregnant. Again, do not rent from Tower's Realty, if you must or are currently renting from them, ensure that you have witnesses and many pictures of your move-in and move-out reports. They will abuse their power and flex their muscles if they can, I am sure that many people would not have taken them to RTB and would have paid them just to have the issue go away. If you are in this situation, RTB was very helpful and I recommend getting familiar with your rights as a tenant.

  Have been living at The Spot at 2815 Pembina for awhile. Caretaker Patti at The Spot is by far the best caretaker we have encountered , where this is not the 1st time we are renting an apartment in Canada. She is talkative, helpful and does care about her tenants! Issues are resolved generally shortly when happens.

  Low quality appliances & cabinets and paint job. Great location on River Ave but less than appealing price tag for the quality (though rather large) suite. Caretaker was less than helpful. Below par communication in regards to damage deposit deductions.

  Patti at the Spot is amazing. She knows everyone's names and is always around just even to talk. The building is always kept in great shape. She always deals with any issues as soon as she can. Best caretaker I have every had. Love her!

  I have rented an apartment through Towers in the past and I was very pleased with how well the building was managed! I am now again looking to move into a different spot and got in touch with Paul Davis who is a leasing agent for Towers and he has been very accommodating. He has taken his time to show me units that were to my liking and he is awesome! Just wanted to give a shout out and thank the Towers team!
