  Great job by the officer who handled the situation in yesterday's horrific incident. This an example on how the police should handle disturbed subjects like that.

  Able to get a criminal record check with vulnerable sector clearance expedited fairly quickly, and regular criminal record check in 2-3 weeks for ~$20. No problems with the process.

  Completely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff on the phone line, especially this second lady they transferred me to was nothing but impatient and had no intention of helping anyone. Get someone who doesn't hate their job and life to work on your phone services.
