  Worst customer service ever. I had a question regarding the item I was exchanging for, but she totally ignored my existence and didn't even answer me, since she was too busy talking to her co-worker about some party.

  Poor customer service. Girl called Erica just made waiting 15 minutes in the fitting room and actually she didn't check my size because she was trying clothes for herself....sooo bad

  Excellent Customer Service overall - always! The clothing here is delightful and very stylish. The manager Brodie is always happy to help and very knowledgeable on all the products they offer, same with the lovely ladies in the personal shopping section (Jessica/Deniz).

  Love the clothing. Great prices. Jeans are a bit tight in the legs if you're built bigger.
