  They did what others did not -- they entered the building and found the blockage. A previous company that I engaged (2 years prior) only cleaned the exhaust vents from the outside, which may be fine in 99% of the cases but it wasn't in my case. I'd use Top Hat again to clean ducts.

  WOW! we have a very cranky old fireplace that requires a specific, modified grate and we just place a call to Erica, and before you know it, she has ordered the part and had it modified for us (hinges welded off)...at the regular price! how much better can that get...thanks Erica for a great service!

  Recently purchased a new more efficient wood stove through Top Hat. The sales department was great to deal with getting everything in order quickly and efficiently as we use wood as our primary source of heat. We love our wood stove and loved our experience with everyone at Top Hat! Very professional and great service.

  Jayson and Adam cleaned my fireplace and chimney today. They arrived as scheduled and the cleaning was well done with professional equipment. They were also careful to keep my living room free of dust during the cleaning. The price they charged was quite reasonable. Good work!
