::Worst service I've ever received. Tommy Gun's apparently prides themselves on "amazing customer service that we live and breathe for" and provide a 5-star unforgettable experience... Well, at least they got one thing right; it was unforgettable, but for all the worst reasons. I accompanied someone to get a haircut, and after he explained the style that he wanted (literally just a simple crew cut), the hairstylist gave her opinion, and advised him to "move his part" because it would be more flattering. She proceeded to give him a comb-over/pompadour cut, which was not at all what he asked for... My partner asked for my opinion, to which the hairstylist responded "it's not their hair, it's yours... their opinion doesn't really matter". I voiced my opinion anyways, further stating that I liked his hair shorter in the front, and the stylist said again to my partner, "well, I care about what YOU think, I think that they like your hair shorter because it forces you to style it so that you look better, but it's your hair, not theirs". What she said was not only untrue, but also rude and uncalled for. Although my partner continuously said that they wanted and valued my opinion, the hairstylist completely disregarded what I was saying, as well as what my partner was telling her. I felt extremely unwelcome and judged, and my partner was also outraged at how poorly I was treated, as well as the stylist's inability to do what he had asked for. She didn't listen to anything we had to say, and just did what she wanted with his hair. We ended up going to another hair salon (Revolutions) just to get it redone, and the guy there was able to perform a miracle and turn her haircut into what we had originally asked for. We will never be going back there.

::I was able to set a time and come back after completing some errands. Kim, my stylist was exceptional. Engaging and pleasant to talk to, as well very concerned that she clearly understood my style and length. Since I was going very short she showed me different lengths so I would not be wrong in my choice. She was gentle and careful as she completed my cut. The scalp massage I got as she shampooed and used conditioner was a great bonus. All told a great experience. I would definitely return to have her style my hair again!

::Hi, just before Christmas I had come in for a haircut that I personally give it a five star rating, but this review is not about me. I am writing on the behalf of my wife and son who had come in on Jan 21, 2018 (which I embarrassingly recommended) because not only did she pay a taxi $20 there and back home 7 months pregnant, had extremely rude service from the older lady at the front desk, and than had my son's hair completely destroyed, (which was the reason I recommended this place). A few weeks ago he had a poor haircut a different place, so I thought "hey, my haircut was awesome, why not send them there?" I am very disappointed, not only was it $20 to get there, then it was $32 for a very shabby haircut, so $52 in total. I am writing this review in hopes to have this solved for both parties to be satisfied. The ladies name was Alicia who cut his hair. Thanks in advance. Lee.

::I was told my haircut would only be $18.00 today to trim the sides, the lady in charge said “only” if there was no blending. So i went in and had the nice girl buzz my sides with no blending, when I came out the nice girl who cut my hair said my cut would only be $18.00, which I thought was reasonable seeing how it only took her 10 minutes. The older lady at the front who originally said if there wasn’t any blending proceeded to tell me the haircut took 23 minutes and there was blending, so she proceeded to charge me $32.00. Any ways I feel a little ripped off and disappointed. The girl who actually did my haircut received a tip for her good job and patience, but I don’t think I will be going back.

::First ever time here and it was a great experience. Everyone was very polite and I only waited a few minutes before I got in which was surprising for a Saturday afternoon. Kim, my stylist, was awesome. She listened to what I wanted did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied with the haircut, trims and straight razor shave I received. Made me look and feel like a million bucks. This is great place for a guy to pamper himself, I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.
