  Takes forever to actually get a haircut. Consistently waiting an hour. Would soften the blow if wait times were accurate. Having it say 2 minutes until appointment for half an hour makes me lose confidence in service. Walked out last time because I didn't have 2 hours to wait for a haircut. Go somewhere local and save your time and money.

  Normally very good service. The app isn’t accurate at all. Waited 30 minutes past the time my “appointment was due” and ran out of time. The staff was not very apologetic and explained it was only an estimate. Don’t book here with the app unless you have lots of free time and don’t mind waiting. To be fair the haircuts are good but trying to book a time isn’t great.

  The best hair in Fort McMurray. Because the downtown Tommy Guns is closed due a fire next door, this location is now open 7 days a week. The stylists that were downtown are working here.

  An extra massage on your head while rinsing before and after haircut..a mint feeling from a product used on my hair,made me feel fresh and relaxing after a long week work..truly amazing hair stylist that hide in the name of "Darlene"..sometimes im hesitant to put my trust on someone to cut my hair.but in tommy guns esp. to darlene(hairstylist) you wont get wrong..people are absolutely friendly and accommodating..strongly recommended to my friends and family..
