  3 employees working. I was the only person in the store. As I walked by the desk not a single one even acknowledged I was there.. Assuming because I am young they didn't want to waste their time with someone they assumed wouldn't spend money. I decided to go to Moores to shop even though I was in a rush that day. Happy to spend the $800 at a a place where I wasn't judged.

  1st impression just terrible. Went there specifically to get a suit for my husband to be. Literally three people were on staff and two employees wandering the store together ignored us and we were the only customers in the store besides the person being helped at the front counter. The two employees treated us like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. So awkward! “Big mistake. Big. Huge. I have to go shopping now.”

  Walked in and said "dress me." Jim quickly and gracefully weaved around me picking what we needed based on my answers to his questions. Before I knew it I was gazing at a very spiffy reflection of myself. It took less that 30 minutes for the pants to be hemmed, and he even ironed the shirt before I picked up my garments. Very happy with the service.

  I have always had excellent service here. Both Jim and Amanda are very knowledgeable and courteous. The store and the selection is smaller than other Tip Top stores in the city, but the fabulous service is why I keep coming back.

  I came to buy slacks. Their prices were good, but I needed the waist let out of the best fitting one. When I came to pick it up, the waist was done properly but the crotch was a sloppy hang. I found that the salesman had told the tailor to let out waist, rump and croth to the max, completely contrary to my instructions. It would be corrected only if I paid another $20+tax fitting fee on top of what I'd paid. I left and won't be back.
