  Chili was water down and the bowl was not full. Employees not speaking English in front of the customers. Terrible service.

  Very slow service. Coffee tasted burnt. I work downtown and this location has made me switch to 2nd cup due to its poor customer service and performance.

  I come here and buy coffee and lunch as I work downtown. I came and asked to use the bathroom before I ordered and the cashier said "it's for customers only" I said "Iam a customer I just have to use the bathroom first" and then she said real rude" how am I saposta know that" and wouldn't let me use the bathroom. Very rude and inconsiderate of some one who patrons this istablishment regularly!!!
