  Went there today (April, 15 2018) to get a refill, asked for a dark roast 2/2, the girl over charged me and when I asked if she did she said no, no..I asked are you sure, and the $#*%& doing my coffee said yeah she's sure... Anyway I brushed it off and drove all the way home, and when I took a sip there was way to much cream in there. It was disgusting don't think I'll be going back there any time soon. 😤

  The manager is rude, racist and made public racial comments which disturbed me to the point that I will never visit this location again! Im talking about the May Street location. The name tag said her name was Sherry. I couldnt believe a manager could treat her staff so poorly

  I am upset over the lack of speed at this timmies. Two people ahead of me, one working till, 4 at drive through. No one at drive drive so one fanning filters, another filling hot chocolate, whatever. After 10 minutes man behind me stormed out. Tired of waiting. Took almost 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a hot chocolate. No other worker can help? Unacceptable. Next time I will go to competitor instead. Sad to see brand new Tim Hortons treat their customers so poorly. Lack of caring.
