  My partner and I go to this location because it is close by. Coffee is usually bottom of the pot tasting, and stale: and we've noticed the 20 min procedure for fresh coffee is ignored here. Some of the employees are fantastic, while others are absolute space cadets. While they may be new, we've noticed that after a while there have been no improvements? Our orders get mixed up or forgotten for the most part. Please take the opportunity to improve and meet restaurant standards for everyones' sake. It may even make your working experience easier.

  Between their treatment of employees, speed of service, and the quality of the food, this place should no longer be a Canadian icon. Done with this coffee chain.

  Service was so slow. Waiting 20 minutes yesterday for a BELT and when I got in the car there was no egg or cheese on it - these guys make me wanna stay away from all Tim Hortons. Unfortunately this is not an isolated event - get some training from Starbucks INc
