Don't expect to get what you order Its kind of disheartening when you get back to you office and realize you didn't get your full order so now you will wait till lunch to eat It won't be at Tim's

The line ups are long and the coffe is almost never served right. That's just the tip of the iceberg. It's the top spot for alcoholics and drug dealers and users alike. Having the LCBO literally glued to the timhortons is it the worst thought out parking lot in history. The bus depo glued with a methadone clinic glued to that. Listen if your like me and get bored on your days off and need a show their is always some sort of drama down there. So bring some pop corn definatly leave your kids at home (like i do) and watching the show. It makes you appreciate your life and your IQ levels a hell of alot more. Hey maybe bring your parents for a coffe showed them they should be proud of you you could have turned out alot worse.

This was the worst Tim Horton visit ever, staff and service good. Loitering a big issue here, have to walk through a crowd of people just hanging outside this establishment. Most of them don't even have coffee in hand just smoking, very intimidating to older crowd (had parents with me) coming for a coffee. Owners should be doing something about the loitering and the smoking around the entrance, shouldn't have walk through a crowd of smokers and smoke at the front entrance.

...staff is polite, cordial and happy to greet you with a smile. Typically Tim Hortons in terms of selection, taste and friendliness. The concern lies in the fact the fact that the crowd that hangs out on the fringes can be a little less then friendly. I have on occasion bypassed this location to a restaurant further away then deal with the crowds coming in.
