They keep the place clean and orderly. All of the employees are super nice and helpful except for one older lady I had at the till; she was sarcastic and abrasive. There was a day or two when the tills were down and they only accepted cash and had to use calculators for all orders and they were very efficient.

The service was friendly. They are open late and have all the usual Tim Hortons stuff. The lady working there was extra helpful when the coffee my friend ordered was to sweet for him. He offered to pay for another one, but she insisted not to worry about it. The service was exceptional.

So we walked all over and decided to come here besides trying any other coffee joints around. Hoping to get some good coffee and donuts... NOPE! Seems like they ran out of everything! Some donut selections, espresso, tea, bread or dough...no joke! Every time someone came walking out and around the machines...they're saying "now we're out of ______"! They managed to have enough beans to make a drink for my wife...but she didn't ask for that drink to be hot. She wanted it iced. What does the guy do? Dump the hot cup into a small batch of ice, add some cream and think it'd be okay. Nope! Now wifey is mad. Next drink they made...even I wouldn't drink that... Save yourself some time and walk to the other places around.

As far as Tim Hortons goes this one is pretty efficient. Don't be intimidated by the line it moves quick. It would be smart if they implemented a drink only line.

Not sure which one this was. I have been to the one on Blanchard near Johnson, the drive through on Douglas , and the one in the shopping centre at Vernon St. By SAVE ON FOODS as well as the one near Blanchard and Hillside. They are all Excellent and have great food and service. I usually avoid the one on Douglas near Swiss Chalet, because every time I go there I am usually disappointed. Either they Don't have the item I want, give me the wrong item or generally just screw up the order. The few times I went before and was going to eat there, some of the staff had their Very young children there and their screaming and carrying on was not conducive to A pleasant meal.
