::Even if it's a small Tim Hortons but there is great customer service.
Mike Savvides
::Every time thereâs that employee there that always laugh every damn time like she saw her favourite humorist or something... lack of professionalism lady..., although It varies from hour to hour, because when normal employees are in place they give a very good service.

::This (and most other) Tim Hortons "restaurants" all share the following traits: 1. the service is hit-or-miss regardless of the time of day or night (which isn't completely their fault, especially when the customer in front you doesn't know what they want on their bagel AND forgets their debit card PIN; 2. the coffee is consistently drinkable and delivers a dose of caffeine you likely won't find anywhere else; and 3. it's a glorified doughnut shop. I only go to Tim Hortons before work to start my day off on the right foot and fight off my perpetual caffeine withdrawal symptoms. There isn't anything good nor bad to say about this place. It just serves its purpose and that's good enough for me.

::The best coffee shop in Montreal and it is even better when you walk in and don't have to say a word, they know your order already
Jay Jay
::When this Tims opened it had very good service. Now it's a joke. They throw your food around when prepping it, they often only have bacon available nothing else as meats for the breakfast and certain people working there are just plain old rude.
