People should appreciate who they are and what they do to stop crime as much as they can.

Regardless of what people say, the police do their best to help those who actually call for help. I am aboriginal and I get the best service they can give. DO NOT take matters into your own hands. If it's so bad like you claim, move to a different city or file a report with the Canadian Government and RCMP. Theres a troll in every city.

WARNING: DO NOT CALL THE POLICE! Handle ALL situations yourself! If you call the police to help you, 99% chance they will also take you and attempt to charge you as well. They want nothing but misery spread amongst good people. If you are ever arrested, please remind the arresting officers: " i hope you die from cancer in the longest, most brutal slowest way possible"

total garbage. if you are a first nations person never phone them, if you are any other race........ still don't call them. its what the last guy said down there. they'll arrest you too if you're trying to get yourself safety / figure out a problem. the police will never help us here until every single one of them is fired and replaced with people under the age of 27.

Very unprofessional, a lot of attitude, and not very helpful towards natives! Especially the cadets at the front have a lot of negative personalities, seems like a power trip their on. I simply asked a question and the cadet there(zapitelli) told me to calm down?! I am afraid to ask these people for anything at all, because of how they over react from asking questions. Thunder Bay police services are by far the worst detachment to handle anything, and I mean anything! Guarantee someone from this detachment is going to question and harass me, because of the review I'm leaving. Police chief, breach of trust! What does that tell you people, open your eyes for once. PS peter charette has no idea what hes talking about. He meant to say the police will need our help one day! Please excuse his comment.
