  I had the vehicle reserved on-line, always on time. Excellent and helpful customer service, specially from Ashwin.

  Stay away! These guys are Complete scum. It disgusts me. I verbally declined their insurance and the employee still slipped it into the contract I signed. When I phoned the head office after an additional 300 dollar credit card charge. they rubbed the contract I signed, in my face. Sorry but after a 5 hour flight and an exhausted family I am not going read through an entry contract. I chose to trust these scum bags. Learn from me and stay away.

  Gave my reservation away. Made no attempts at retifying the situation and took no responsibility. More customer care and training is needed.

  We just picked up our vehicle that we had reserved on-line. Absolutely fabulous customer service from Katelyn and Erik. They were very friendly and helpful and made going there very pleasant. Thank you for the awesome service! The vehicle we ended definitely outdid the first offer of a skateboard sans helmet lol

  You get better deal here, nothing else! Cars are not that clean comparing with other rental companies. They never pickup phone, even if they pickup, they will put you on hold for 20 minutes and forget about it! Then when you call back, they will not apologize. They hang up on you as they are busy always! I returned the car overnight and called in the morning numerous times to tell them for charging a different card, than what they have on file. CSR told me she already closed it and card was charged already and hung up whereas I didn't see any charge on that card yet. What I understood was she didn't want to spend few minutes to take another method of payment. Rude and dishonest! I would pay few dollars extra and rent car from other companies who are more professional and value the customer service.
