::The employees working here are very friendly! They even knocked off an hour of our bill for brining the car back half an hour early. The only thing is finding the actual rental building, it’s at the top of the malls parking garage on P5 if anyone’s wondering! Will definitely rent from here again.

::If you work in the area it's a great pick up / drop off location. I normally take cars on the weekend so getting away in rush hour can be bad but dropping off Monday morning is a breeze. Use the key drop and don't wait around.

::*****STAY AWAY FROM THIS CENTER IF YOU WANT TO PLAN A PROPER WEEKEND********* One of the worst service one could ever imagine... I reserved the car and got all the confirmation perfectly fine. But ended up getting a response from the center stating there are no cars available on the day of pick up... There is no way a person can plan a weekend with rental service of this nature.. Thanks a lot for ruining our weekend... I would prefer to provide negative 1 or 2 but there is no such option.

::I've been a regular renter here for a couple years now and the service here has consistently been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The facility can be difficult to locate (and return cars) if you do not know the area but if you are familiar with the streets downtown it quickly becomes very convenient. Cars are always clean and well-maintained
