  An excellently stocked humidor, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on customer service. I will definitely be heading back both for cigars, and beard care products.

  I'm still fairly new to the cigar community, and I went in for the first time 2 weeks ago. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable with their products. Great for collectors and hobby smokers. I look forward to my next visit and hopefully I'll spend a bit more time inside.

  A wide selection of cigars ( in a well monitored walk in humidor ), pipe tobaccos and lifestyle accessories. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable in their product line. As well as this they deliver a very satisfactory customer service experience without being obtrusive. Customer satisfaction guaranteed !

  Thomas Hinds is a great place to buy high quality classic goods. Stepping foot inside makes you feel like you've reached the epitome of being a man. The staff are very professional and really make you want to visit again. I'd go so far as to say it is one of the best stores in Winnipeg.

  The absolute best customer service. I came here not knowing a thing about cigars or pipe smoking and the gentlemen at Thomas Hinds kindly explained so much to me about the craft. I almost expected a place like this to be snobby, but they couldn’t be further from. Fantastic products and very reasonable prices. Comprehensive selection of all sorts of cigars and pipes as well as other men’s accessories like razors, combs, pomade, and pens. This is a great place for entry-level as well as experienced pipe and cigar smokers.
