  After two very poor experiences in the last couple months ordering delivery from Thien's East Side location I am hesitant to ever order from there again. Last month, our office ordered lunch from here which showed up over an hour after the requested time. When it did arrive, the delivery driver was quite clearly under the influence of something and was unable to even keep his eyes open, let alone figure out how much to charge us, so my coworker had to check her email for the amount to give him. Today I ordered a single noodle bowl at 1:10 pm, and waited an hour and a half before calling because I figured it might just be slow like last time. When I called to check on my order, I was informed that "You called the wrong location, we don't have your order, you should have called downtown." Only after insisting that they check again since I had an email confirmation clearly stating that I had ordered from the East Side location (since my office is a 5 minute drive away), did they confirm that my order was there, they just forgot to make it. It eventually showed up at 3:15, without apology or explanation. The noodle bowls are okay, but it hardly seems worth the risk to order from there based on my most recent experiences.

  I love Thiens. If they're not busy the food is always 10/10 amazing. The problem is that sometimes they're too busy and can't maintain that level of quality. They stretch themselves too thin, because their food is so good and reasonably priced. I highly suggest going on slightly off hours to get the best service and quality of food.

  For starters my boyfriend and I are regulars at this restaurant and the service has always been decent until yesterday. The server came to take our order, we ordered a #80, soup, a lunch special and chicken salad rolls. The waitress had no idea what was even on the menu and kept writing down things we didn't even order. Which isn't a big deal, she just made a mistake. Our stir fry's and soups come out, twenty minutes go by and we still haven't got our salad rolls. We finally are able to flag our waitress down and she then brings us a chicken salad instead of chicken salad rolls. Keep in mind chicken salad rolls are an appetizer on the menu so we should have received them way before our stir fry's. We then point out the chicken salad rolls on the menu..again. She rolls her eyes and walks away. Half an hour goes by and we still haven't got them. Our waitress is avoiding our table and ignores us when we wave to her to come over to the table. We find the manager and finally get what we ordered. However no one apologized or anything. I was a waitress for years and that is so unacceptable to treat your customers in such a manor. We will not be coming back. Horrible service.

  Very fast service, low cost food. You won't find high end dining here, but the food is delicious. It's not unusual to enter, order, and eat all within 30 minutes. They have many vegan and vegetarian options as well.

  Just like their first location, great food and friendly staff. Parking is easier to find with this location. Quality and quantity still hold up. Even during the busy dinner rush the staff isn't phased and food comes in a surprisingly timely manner. The daily specials never fail to not break the bank and are always delish. One of our favorite places to go.
