  Beautiful kitchens. Horrible customer service. We were completely ignored throughout the time we were in there. We were not greeted when we walked in. We weren't approached at all and had staff constantly walk by without even looking at us. My mother is a builder who would was looking to buy kitchens for over a dozen homes. Tough sale for you guys to have missed out on.

  Nice product, poor service. $1500 bathroom vanity came with 3 chips on the backside (terrible!) and the owner (Mineault) said this was typical and that I should 'come see his warehouse' - and would not offer a discount. I could get better quality at Ikea. Delivery persons kept their boots on, one of them impolite. Not worth the price in my case.
