  We enjoyed our Sunday brunch immensely. The good and service is second to none! My family always celebrate special occasions at the Westin.

  Went for drinks and a comedy show at Yuk Yuks. I was so pleased that they had local cider on tap, Bulwarks. I saw comedian Mark Wright, who was amazing. Yuk Yuks brings great talent, though the room and stage are small, I still had fun, definitely laughed and enjoyed myself! Service can be slow, not due to the staff, but because they need to leave the comedy club and go to the Westin restaurant to bring food/drinks. The waiting staff are great, it is the logistics of the club that causes slower service. The bar you see in the club pictures doesn't actually serve alcohol, maybe that is part of the club's humor. To compensate for this though you can order a bucket of chilled bottled drinks (like corona, olands or coolers), kept cool with ice. I would recommend visiting if your want to have a fun time!

  Well managed and clean. Super friendly staff. Great location. Room service menu was unclear but overall good food. Really like this as a hotel. Everything is presented to an excellent standard. Cant fault this place at all. Rooms were modern.

  One of the worst Westin I've been to. I stayed there for 2 nights and the first room I got was outdated and even worse, the mattress in the room was so over used that when I sat on the bed, it caved in at least 3 inches. As a result I woke up the next morning with bad back pains. The next day I requested a new room in the newly "renovated" part of the hotel (which I should have probably got in the first place). Well it wasn't so much renovated but rather refreshed. Still better than the first room from that perspective. The problem? Well a couple lights didn't work and it appeared the room wasn't as clean as it should have been, I found hair on the bed/pillow, the phone didn't work (pick up the cordless handset and hit buttons to no avail) and the worst?.... There was pubic hair on the toilet seat and on the toilet bowl. Lovely hotel ain't it? I travel quite a bit (platinum member for a couple chains) and this was one of the worst. Never again at this Westin.

  Great rooms. Excellent service. Added some TRX in the gym. Pool is nice but small (10m). Good location to water. Roy's cocktail lounge is great - must have a night cap at Roy's. Also have a yuk yuks comedy club on site.
