  Nice hotel, although perhaps a little dated. Staff tried extra hard on service. Has a Keg attached so dinner was easy!

  We just recently stayed at the westin, when we were checking we were greeted by Chelsea who was absolutely amazing. She asked us what we were in town for. It was my husbands birthday as soon as she knew she upgraded us to a suite which we already thought was amazing of her. Later that night when we came home from supper there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us with a hand written note wishing him happy birthday. They went above and beyond and we will continue to return to the westin for our stay. Absolutely amazing service!

  The hotel is nice and in a location that is easy access to lots of restaurants. We had a business meeting here all week long. The reason for 4-stars instead of 5-stars is that the breakfast items were the same thing every single day. it was quite boring to be eating eggs, bacon, and sausage over and over and over again. It would have been nice to have something different each morning.

  Perfect location near eau Claire and the river park. Great service. The Keg is located inside- always excellent service and food there. The Starbucks in the lobby closes at 3 on weekends, which is too bad. Nice lounge in the lobby, but it's not open on the weekends, unfortunately. It's a nice, bright alternative to the Keg, which is cozy, but dark. Will return!

  Typical Westin - above average hotel in a good location. Quiet, comfortable bed, well kept rooms, good hotel restaurant (get the tuna tacos - you're welcome). Seemed strange that they didn't have pen and paper in the room, but I was able to get that from the front desk. This might not be their fault but the Starbucks in the hotel doesn't open until 7:30am on weekends, which was strange. We had a whole crew of people that had to brave the -20 degree cold to get coffee because we were leaving the hotel at 7am.
