  Lea & Steve were of tremendous help: They were able to move quickly for the purchase of our new home in the fast-moving real estate market of Victoria They were patient and respectful of the emotions and the work involved in the preparation of our family home for sale Lea and Steve are able to skillfully handle the rules and regulations involved in both the purchase and sale of Real Estate. They were able to seamlessly navigate the way through government controlled rules that were changing hourly on the day of our house sale. We would happily and confidently recommend this team to family and friends. Steve and Lea are skilled and caring in working with families during what can be an emotional time.

  These two were unreal in the buying process! They always had our core wants in mind considering each and every property. We had a lot to juggle- what made sense for our family, budget, location, lifestyle, work, schools and style. We both find it overwhelming looking at so many properties and having to act so quickly but they kept us calm. They were patient and total professionals helping guide us with their expertise. Lea is amazing at digging up info and Steve is a walking human calculator who was so creative at thinking long term and how we can grow with the house. So happy we had these guys by our side!   This team was recommended to us by another real estate professional who we really trust. Because we do not live in Victoria, we anticipated some difficulties at managing a sale of our condo there. Their knowledge of the Victoria market and market forces, (which were in contrast to that of our home market,) their realistic view of the value of the property , and their excellent preparation for the sale lead to a very favourable outcome for us. We were kept informed of relevant comparables prior to listing; their suggestions for timing and pricing were appropriate. We felt that our goals and objectives were important to them and were impressed by their willingness to do some of the smaller things related to move out, that would have been difficult from a distance.   Our experience with Steve, Lea and the Victoria Real Estate team was fantastic. We were unfamiliar with the Victoria market and they took the time and showed the patience to give us a proper understanding of the pros and cons of every neighbourhood that was within our criteria. Over the course of a long search time (one year plus!) they booked any property we requested and gave us their true opinion on every prospective property. We were never pressured to buy and both Steve and Lea are extremely knowledgeable and can provide insight and advice with respect to trades, cost of renos and other things that you wouldn't necessarily pay attention to. We can't recommend the Victoria Real Estate team enough.

  The dynamic duo of Steve and Lea not only got us top dollar for our property but they also made purchasing our new home a relative breeze.
