  This place charges their own rates, be careful they do not use UPS online rate charges.

  Great service at this location. Even during a chaotic busy stretch the ladies here are very organized and maintain perfect composure. Quick and courteous experience. Thumbs up

  I tried to return a package from an online retailer with the UPS return shipping label all ready to go and the employee at the store refused to take it. She tried to get me to call a 1-800 number to arrange pickup from my house instead. I had to call the next nearest UPS store location and drive all the way out there where they easy accepted my package, no questions asked. I don't know what this employee's problem was, but for a shipping company, what terrible seevice.
