  Worst service ever. Sketchy place. I was sending a DHL parcel. The guy wanted to find out how much I paid DHL so that he could offer me a better deal.he wouldn't give me his quote until I told him mine. And when he found out There is no financial benefit, he said that UPS holds no responsibility of the parcel and that I should order a pick up with DHL. Bad experience. Stay away!

  NOt a real UPS! Charges extra fees so they could send to UPS in Ottawa.

  Deuxième expérience DÉSASTREUSE: indications erronées, ne répondent pas au téléphone, boîte vocale pleine pendant plusieurs jours, non respect des heures d'ouverture, ne parle pas français (!), accueil général médiocre (ex: l'employé à terminé son appel de nature personnelle devant nous avant de nous servire). Je déconseille vivement!! Une plainte a été déposée au service à la clientèle de UPS.

  Extremely rude and awful customer service. An employee named Bader Salouane treated me with disrespect refused to help me locate my lost package that was send to his store and signed off by an employee of the location. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. HORRIBLE
