  Kanti Chaudhari was amazing!! I left my license there, and he held it safe for me for like 3 full days, until i was able to return to pick it up. He helped me very much and I would recommend this location to everyone!

  I HAD A REALY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. WE HAD TO SHIP A BIG PACKAGE (OVER 200 LBS) TO USA NEXT DAY. THEY HELPED US ALL THE WAY. TWO TUMBS UP FOR THEM!!!! :) THANK YOU KANTI !

  Appallingly rude bad service. Had tracking on 2 packages and of course the UPS delivery guy posted a note on my mailbox while I was waiting at home for my expected delivery to arrive, so I had to go to this ups store the next day to get my delivery. The next day, just before noon I went into the shockingly cluttered disarray within the ups storefront. There were 2 reps at either side of the counter and each had 2 persons standing in front. The first I saw was parading back and forth talking on his cell as the two older ladies quietly discussed the shipping options the wanted for the box they wanted sent. The 2nd I saw also had 2 persons standing there as he came back with wrapping paper and happily packed the box they were sending for them as they talked. This went on for almost 20 minutes - at no time did either deign to look at me or discreetly motion an inquiry if there was something they might help me with as might be expected. When at last it was my turn I handed the cell-phone guy the pick-up ticket and explained that I was expecting 2 separate orders from the same place - but the delivery guy left only the one ticket. So, he walks away and comes back with only a single package for me to sign for. I repeated what I had initially informed him, that I was expecting another package to which he curtly stated was not there and that he needed the ticket from me first. I asked him to take another look and he went over to a shelf, impatiently moved his head quickly up and down and came back with a "nothing." I think a good customer service rep would follow through by asking for a tracking number, or expected size/ shape if that was not at hand. But that was not my experience: my experience was of unkempt disarray, and curt ignorance towards a customer from the moment the door was opened. Merchants who ship ups only will be bypassed UPS ? Never Again

  I came here on Sun Sep 24, 2017 to pick up a small package but I didn't have the notice on me because I was out doing errands and forgot to take it with me, so I thought having my driver's license on me would be sufficient, as it is sufficient at Canada Post. The owner did not take my word for it that my package had come in and was awaiting my arrival for pick up. So he took my driver's license and slowly looked around the room and then made me look up the tracking number on my phone so that he could go on the UPS site to see if my package had been delivered despite the fact that I was 100% sure it came in considering I got a delivery notice. He continuously asked me what size the package was, but I was unsure, all I knew is that it would be something quite small. So he kept searching but moved at a very slow pace everywhere, and he kept telling me that he couldn't find it. So then he made a call to someone while looking for my package and while making the call, he found the package. I honestly dread it when any package I receive is mailed through UPS because the service at this location is awful, unfortunately it's the closest one to me.
