  1st time visit here, due to mailing urgent document that just pick up from downtown Toronto. Waiting in line while seeing Charles is so patients help the lady before us, she is asking thousands of questions......we were doing a DHL international express on Friday noon, but for some reason the document did not leave the store until late Monday.(called Charles on Monday morning and he told me he will track it for me with DHL).....just make sure everything you mail, track it right away.

  Store hours says 10:30am-2pm on Saturday, but there is no-one there today (Jan 20, 2018). Disappointed that I came to drop off a package and now have to find alternate methods.

  Fast delivery to this UPS store. Doubt that an attemp was made to deliver to my home address. No doorbell ring nor notification card . This was a present I was not expecting. Would not have known of it until the sender asked me about it upon him receiving an email confirmation of delivery. I was left clueless and could have sat at 2 Toronto St. until returned to sender.
