  If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible hours horrible customer service. They even swapped the labels on my parcel with someone else's so when I got home it wasn't even my box!!! So pissed.

  Contrary to my previous review, this store had became one of my favorite UPS store. They went from two stars to five stars due to their friendly staff. --- Previous report: This store struggles to be a decent UPS store. It does package pick ups well but other than that, everything else is below average. The place is messy, the staff are unhelpful and overall, a terribly experience. Unfortunately, this is the nearest UPS store to my house and it's my only option.

  Not sure why everyone seems to be hating on this place, I had a great experience there today! The manager Shawn did a wonderful job meeting by business needs.
