::I called them to inquire about a package. He asked what part of Victoria I live in and I said "Downtown." He immediately said they don't have the package, gave me an incorrect phone number, and hung up on me. Bloody animals. That man should be fired. And all this is AFTER they didn't deliver my package because it was an "incomplete address," though I checked and it has no error.

::I have used UPS at Westside Village in Victoria several times over the last few years, and find the service to be excellent. The same service rep, Imaran Jaffas, is always there when I need assistance. Just today, I had to ship five packages/suitcases (about 175 pounds in total) to a friend. I was surprised how reasonable the price was! I will continue to patronize this location because of the service and valu for money.
