Utterly horrible service. I had the acute misfortune of visiting this abysmal location to send a package. I was blatantly ignored for a while before the surly woman behind the counter would provide me with a shipping label bag to stick to the box. When she finally did she waggled it at me like she was hailing a cab and said "here! Here!! When asking if I could get a receipt for the drop off the only response I recieved was a grumpy "No." After affixing the label she told me to put the package "over there" and waved vaguely in the general direction of the overfilled shelf in the corner. I did as she asked only to have her then snarl at me and say "No, not there... There!! And proceed to point to the exact same spot I had already placed the package... I moved it about 5 inches and that apparently was enough to assuage her fury. This was all done with zero eye contact... I have a better idea of what her forehead looks like than her face as she never once looked up from whatever it was she happened to be doing. Had I not been limited on time I would have gleefully taken my package to any other UPS store on the Western seaboard and will definitley do so in future. UPS needs to pull their licence from this place they don't deserve to be in business serving customers. UPS has a very poor reputation what with their shady customs practices and this retail location certainly isn't helping matters! I already avoid them at every possible turn unless forced to deal with them as in this case. Avoid like the plague. 3 years of 1 star reviews should be a big enough warning. Im fairly certain the only positive reviews are from people with Stockholm syndrome or people who have mistaken this location for any other one on the planet...There are other locations around town that are just as easily accessible and not run by what appear to be gremlins. You've been warned!

I had to look up the reviews for this place after my dreadful experience there, and now that I've seen how many pitiful reviews there are, at least I no longer feel personally judged by the older gentlemen who was working there on Saturday. He's just like that to everyone apparently, so thats not as bad? I guess? I gave a hearty "good morning" to which was replied "what do you want". I let him know I had an Amazon prepaid return. The guy seemed busy, and didn't get up from his desk, but he motioned generally to a massive teetering pile of random boxes in the middle of the floor. Ok! I made the mistake of using a bit of the packing tape that was lying around so I could seal up my Amazon return package, thinking I would try to save this guy some time, he seemed so busy after all. But no, he got up from his desk and watched me like a hawk, as if I was some kind of criminal who'd wandered into his store with no business being there. As soon as I finished he snatched the tape away and walked it into the back, away from my criminal hands, and muttered something about me wasting his tape. I could only laugh nervously, surely he couldn't be serious.. I thanked the man very happily as I left, to which I received literally no response. Yeah, don't go to this UPS Store .. Don't give this place a reason to exist.

I am so grateful for the attention to detail by a very nice lady regarding an important application that needed to be sent. She actually spotted an error in the address an assistant wrote on the envelope. Thanks to her, my application made it to the destination by the correct time, because she checked on her expedited system that the address was correct. I am eternally grateful!!!

We had great service here. Our 122 pound, homemade, wooden crate was heavy and the older gentleman insisted on helping us get it into the store and up onto the counter. He advised us how best to label it so it would get to its international destination. We got a tracking number by email and a receipt also. The female associate certainly has character but she was helpful and funny. We will come back here again. Thanks for great service.
