::I purchased two very fragile items at Hall's Auction Service LTD online and was referred to this UPS store for shipping. Understandably I was a bit nervous about the handling and shipping of these items for fear of breakage. I spoke to Jay personally about the items and had UPS pick the two pieces up for me at a small charge to have them wrapped and shipped to me in Edmonton. Jay sent me an email later that day with the price for wrapping and shipping and assured me they would be at my doorstep on Monday afternoon. As promised a very friendly driver showed up at our doorstep with the parcel Monday afternoon. The items we packed EXCEPTIONALY well and arrived all in one piece. Many thanks to Jay and the UPS staff at store # 319 for great service. I will most likely be calling you back again.
