  This will be the 4th time in a row i buy glass from them and it was cracked or had a hole in it and employees dont let u check it out before u buy it and refused to exchange it and more or less told me too bad very disappointing in my opinion it went from a 5 star to a -5 if possible lol

  Great stock AND variety of anything you're looking for. At decent prices too. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable in pretty much anything.

  The staff are not knowledgeable, they don't stand behind their products and are rude. I went into the store and told the guy what I was looking for and on his recommendation I bought it. I get home and try it but it doesn't work for what I purchased it for. The following day I go on their website and find the contact us link. I left several msgs and when none were returned I proceeded to leave a review. Well wouldnt ya know it, then I get a response. For those who don't know, do not bother trying to contact them via their website because apparently they don't get those messages. When he responded to my review stating he never got any emails from me and to contact him through Facebook. I don't generally use Facebook but logged in, msg him and asked to be contacted by email or phone as I dont use Facebook much. He responded but only via Facebook. I have kept a record of that days conversations. He is a bully with no respect for the customer. Bottom line is I may only be 1 unhappy customer but I know alot of people too. Word of mouth travels fast. I will never recommend your store and shame on you for the way you treated me! Disgusted

  Company doesn't stand behind their products. Bought a 90$ device Mon/Tues. Just suddenly won't work last night - used 4-5x. Called to get a replacement "Sorry contact the manufacturer for our customer safety we don't take returns blabla" Save yourself some headaches and buy online, not like they handle returns anyway and its cheaper.

  Horrible late night staff. They DO NOT stay open as late as they advertise. Very rude employees who think they can close the store when THEY please and give attitude when you let them know the time. But mostly just TERRIBLE service all around. Barely have been there but tried going twice in the past month. BAD experience both times. I work in retail so I know first hand that what they're doing is so unprofessional and just flat out not allowed. I would get written up with their kind of behaviour!! I hope more people go to wacky Robbie's!! The staff are actually very nice and friendly.
