  I've been going to The Ten Spot once or twice a month since 2015, and I absolutely adore them. This is one of those places where you can be confident you'll get great service no matter which esthetician you see. Love their gel manis, used to do their waxing, and now I'm doing laser. Love this spot!

  I’m not usually one to write reviews but my mom and I booked in for pedicures the night before we left for our trip. The service itself was great, we were greeted right away and offered drinks and didn’t wait long at all. The girls were very nice (I wish I got their names) they started both at the same time mine did feel a bit rushed but I figured it was maybe because I didn’t need as much work done. My moms pedicure was perfect for the week no issues but by the next day mine had all chipped and I only had 2 nails with polish left. Very disappointing spending money to have a fresh pedicure for vacation only last a day.

  I had such a lovely time here with my step mom. The girl working the front desk acknowledges you as soon as you walk in and every other esthetician says hi to you as well. The salon has a great atmosphere it's clean, spacious and bright. Not only did they do a great job on our nails they're very friendly and talkative! I can't wait to come back here.

  This was the first time I have ever had Shellac chip within 24 hours. The girl did not seal the ends of my nails and did not pay any attention to detail. She also filed the surface of my nails down way too much. I paid too much for poor quality. The girl was very nice don’t get me wrong but the job she did was honestly poor and did not last at all. I would have went back the next day to get it fixed but I got it done the day before I left for a week long vacation. I also had a pedicure that actually did last and that was okay although I have had better. I feel bad saying that but it’s the truth. Disappointing with spending so much money when it was not worth it.

  I went here today for my first laser treatment. The staff were lovely and took the time to explain the procedure and calm my nervousness. The receptionist was very kind and made sure to check-in with me when my appointment was a few minutes late. My service was with Tara who I'd highly recommend. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and exceeded expectations. The laser itself was mildly uncomfortable but was so quick it was completely bearable, and made easier with the cooling sensation from the machine. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because the machine broke half way through and we weren't able to continue. They didn't charge me for the session and suggested I make an appointment to return the next day to finish. Overall great experience and I'll be returning again.
