I made a last minute appointment and was accommodated quickly and kindly, I showed up and was instantly ask if I would like a beverage! A sign of great costumer service! My manicurist was lovely, she did a great job and was patient with me when I took forever to pick a nail colour. It was not much more expensive than anywhere else you go in the city - $55 for my shellac manicure. Definitely worth the extra price if you are treating yourself or friends/family. My only complaint would be they didn’t have the colour I had in mind which was pretty common (deep forest green) they had the OPI Amazon but that was a little more tourquoise. A few more color options would be great :)

Honestly I had a wonderful experience in store- everyone was very nice and the service was fast!! Unfortunately I have to give this place 3/5 stars as my nail polish on my large toe was ruined when I got home.. I am very disappointed

This place has the most backwards business plan I've ever encountered. Appointments for a bridal party of 8 were made two weeks prior to the date. Upon arrival, the party was informed that "some people would have to forego their shellac manicure to fit everyone else in because we are all booked up". The appointments made in advance were specific to shellac manicures, and therefore the appropriate time should have been allotted in the scheduling. If this didn't happen, then the girls at the front desk should have realized that a bridal party should take precedence over other manicures, purely from a business perspective. One girl really likes the service and product, then books her future bridal party's treatments at the same facility. This did not happen. The girls at the front desk instead told the bridal party that they wouldn't be able to fit everyone in, and after the bride-to-be found a different location in the mall that could fit everyone from the party, was informed that she would still be charged for the appointments because they were booked two weeks in advance. Not only were the girls at the front desk incredibly rude and condescending, but they were completely unapologetic about the whole situation. They seemed to think that it was completely within their business practice and rights to not honour appointments and then charge someone for cancelling. This put a huge damper on the day for the bride-to-be, along with unnecessary stress and drama before an already stressful event.

Staff were very friendly and they offered tea or coffee but this was both the most overpriced and worst manicure I've ever had. My cuticles were a mess and therefore the shellac looked messy because it's been applied half on top of my cuticles. It's been two days and some of the shellac is lifting. I've just spent an hour pushing my cuticles back myself, filing the lifting shelllac and putting a top coat of nail polish. Looks MUCH better. I'll never spend $50 on a manicure again. Such a waste of money. It also on their website says there is a hot towel and scrub included in this service. That didn't happen for me. I'll stick with Comfort Nails on Queen. They do a great job for $30

Been at the 10 spot 2 times to get my hair curled and styled. My experience was great both times, my hair styled the way I wanted. This is my go-to place now.
