  Came in for a new pair oh headphone because I lost mine. Ended up with two pairs that are amazing best ones I've had and for a great price. They even helped me get a better deal on my home and internet provider! Major points and thank you

  This place doesn't make sense. It's like nobody in there knows how stores work. There's a cashier area, but the staff were using it to have conversations with customers which didn't need to happen there, and so nobody could for anything. I kept asking staff to let me check out and they'd tell me to wait for one guy or another to be done, but they were having long conversations with another customer about the relative merits of different phone plans. The whole time there were obviously free staff who just had to take my money, but they refused to do it. It's really bizarre and not at all functional. I gave up and went to Canada computers instead and was in and out in less than 2 minutes.

  Bought a tablet and a rep there (ABRAHAM) spelled my name wrong, then lied to me about fixing it. Called them, and they said they couldn't fix it themselves, and I had to either fix it online myself, or come in to the store (an hour and a half away from me) to fix it. If you get a contract item from them and they spell your name wrong? Make damn sure they actually reprint the contract. I called their customer service line, and the manager might call me back either tonight or tomorrow morning. This review stays until I get a call from the manager explaining what is going to be done about this. PS, i changed the name myself online, took 3 minutes. Fixing a mistake that someone else made isn't a big deal to be, I fix other people's foibles all the time. Being lied to is a big big deal for me. Edit: So now the manager hasn't called me back, and another customer rep said that the first customer care rep was wrong, and it takes managers 3-5 business days typically, before they call back. And the inefficiency continues ... Edit: The manager called me back and said that, apparently, there IS a way to correct the name without needing the customer, and that everyone else who told me otherwise spoke incorrectly. Apologies were made but no material compensation was offered for my wasted time and money. 2/5. 3/24/2017 EDIT: My name was again misspelled on the most recent bill, and it's something that I can't change through virginmobile.ca. I wish I could give them zero stars. Called customer service, was understandably aggravated with them. Don't expect much out of this laughingstock of a company.

  I was welcomed by all the staff working that day and everyone was super friendly and positive. I went in to get a laptop for gaming and the sales associate Tamara helped me, she went abouve and beyond and also helped with Bell internet to make sure I had the best package bell internet offers. She also added a gaming mouse. Best service keep it up!
