  I've been having a hard time looking for a specific adapter and I didn't want to drive all over the city looking for it. So instead I decided to call. The man that answered the phone seemed to be in a hurry and did not want to help, but still asked my question I had the product number and everything ready. All I needed to know if they had it in store. I asked if he can look for me, the man I spoke with said "No, we're busy you know." Poor customer service!
