The shop is an ok place to stop if you happen to be in the Hudson's Bay Company Center. As far as electronic stores go this particular store has a decent offering for such a small shop. That says the range of products available is someone limited and in addition to this is quite expensive. I recently purchased a two pack of quadruple a batteries for one of my devices, and my total came to around $25 after tax. Beyond the cost of the store and The Limited range of products available one other issue that I had was the lack of knowledge of the staff. While I was at the store I looked at a tablet that I seen elsewhere and was interested in and the staff was largely unable to have a meaningful or productive conversation about the display. They are however helpful and professional and I do appreciate that.

My experience with this store (and chain) has been nothing but disappointing! Last Cyber Monday, I agreed to switch to Bell due to a promotion this store was having for Fibe 300 for $60/month. Also, I was promised a Source gift card for $250 if I switched. This was a great deal and the sales team promised me I'd receive the gift card in 2 weeks from the installation date. I had my internet set up on Dec. 4th, and called back after 2 weeks to be told it was actually 14 business days. Then 14 business days go by and I don't hear a thing. Close to Boxing Day, I called in about the gift card and was told it had not arrived yet. At this point, I was extremely frustrated as I wanted to use the gift card to buy an item. I was transferred to a customer service rep who filled in my info and told me to put in a complaint online if I wanted. He also mentioned that supposedly it takes 6-8 weeks instead. So who was right? Was the store just telling me 2 weeks just to get my sale? It's now been well over 2 months... I spoke to store manager 2 weeks ago who CCed me on an email to their promo team. Called the store back a week later, and no gift card. The girl on the phone said she'll speak to the manager who'll call me back on Monday and transferred me to their customer service. The rep on the line said she'll investigate and call me back on Tuesday. It's now Saturday and neither the store manager, nor the customer service rep has reached out to me. I am hoping that someone from the company is able to pick up on this review and help me out. A formal complaint will definitely be written. And furthermore, I will definitely be wary of dealing with the Source and this store in the future. Would give them 0 stars if Google would let me! I will never return to this store, and will suggest people go to Best Buy instead considering The Source's garbage customer service!

Just came from the Yonge and Bloor source. I was with a co-worker who inquired about Google Chromecast. We had checked online, and the Yonge and Bloor location said it was available. When we inquired about purchasing one, a staff member stated they received a shipment and it's in the back but they weren't willing to go through the shipment to get it for us. The staff member gave us an excuse of how they need 2-3 days to go through the shipment and put it in their system. Not sure what your process is, but if you state online a product is available, please train your employees to make it accessible and available for puchase. Regards, A customer you just lost.
