::Ripped off does not begging to describe my experience. Their floor models look and feel great but when I had mine delivered they looked the same but felt completely different (firm as hell). Their floor models are a much higher quality than what they deliver. When I called the store there was nothing the manager would do, in fact he talked down to me and suggested I get a foam mattress topper. I told him that what is on display should represent what I get and he gave me some b.s. about the mattress needing to be broken in. I had major back pain from sleeping on their mattress & even after buying an expensive memory foam topper I can barely get a good nights sleep. Don't waist your money here...if soft is your preference you can get a air pocket coyle mattress in a box for $300 & under at Wal-Mart (speaking from experience, they are very comfortable)....wish I had just done that again...I could have bought 3 of them with the money I wasted at the sleep shop.
