A cosy café that serves a variety of brunch/lunch dishes with perfectly flakey scones and coffee. I had the Salmon and Zucchini Sauce MealWitch with a cheddar scone. This scone is the best I've ever had. Be aware that there's limited seating and small tables.

Love this place. Can get crowded right at lunch, but otherwise I've never had an issue finding a table (at either location). The sconewitches are awesome, the Devon Cream & jam with a sweet scone fantastic, and the option to buy unbaked scones to bake at home is brilliant. Have some tea when you go - the Ginger Chia is wonderful.

The experience is always great. Except when it comes to pay. They do not have the tap option. They want you to tip. I don't believe in tiping unless all my food is served to me.

Much bigger than the Elgin location! Worth the trek for a little extra room and a change of scenery. However, the vanilla scone I ordered was not cooked at all in the middle..I let the staff know and they replaced it with another immediately (the whole batch was off but I had another flavour which was good) Nice save!

The scones are absolutely delicious. The sweet ones are *very* sweet which I enjoy but might not be for everyone. The savory are just as amazing. Flaky, flavourful, and full of life. I love the scone sandwiches but wouldn't recommend the eggs or non-scone dishes. This location leaves a little something to be desired for the eat in experience. There isn't much room to form a line when you order which sometimes results in people inadvertently cutting in. The tables and chairs are utilitarian, clean but not very comfortable. I wouldn't recommend eating in with a group or young children.
