::Dissapointed in the endocrinology unit. Don't make you feel like a valued patient, doctor maybe spends 5 minutes with you if you are lucky... This part of the hospital always incurs delays as the day goes on. Make an appointment at 9:00am, will go in at 9:00am. Your appointment is at 3:00pm? You won't go in until 4:00pm minimum. Depressing.

::The very best hospital in Ottawa. It's easy to reach by public transport. It's clean, bright, fast, friendly, cheerful, professional, easy to navigate. Other campuses could learn a lot from the Riverside.

::My teenage daughter just had day surgery to repair ACL. I just needed to say how impressed I was with all the staff from checking in, to her nurse, the woman that transported her to OR, anesthesiologist, and doctor. They made the whole experience much smoother and it felt like they cared! Thank you.
