  We stayed at the Metcalfe for a week in April while I was in Ottawa for a few days business. It is a great little hotel that offers comfortable rooms and a very social lobby area. I stayed here years ago when it was branded as Indigo and they have managed to retain their charming and cool vibe. Really appreciate the staff who are attentive and professional.

  Too expensive for the services and room offered. They are just leveraging on their location. There is always room for improvement

  I do not have any complaints. Front desk is helpful, organized and friendly. Awesome location, right downtown. There are some really neat features to this hotel. Your kids can request a gaming night with reception and they'll set it all up in one of their lobbies! I decour is lovely. It is not dated, rather historical. I really enjoyed my time here. Conference facilities are quite good, and staff is very accommodating. #localguide

  My wife and I stayed for 2 nights this Easter and I couldn't have asked for a better time. I loved the boutique look of the place, everything was neat and tidy and our room was great. We picked a corner room which has windows on 2 sides giving us a good view and although we were near the street, it was very quiet. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Kevin and Lily for the time they spent making sure everything was just right. We took advantage of their 5.00 voucher for forgoing room service a day but if you need things like towels or trash changed, its no problem. Parking is a little tight, but considering its downtown, not surprising. If you have a bigger vehicle, best to park up top. The short 15 min walk to the Rideau Center down Wellington was simple and enjoyable. Location is great.

  We enjoyed our stay at the Metcalfe Hotel. The rooms were very clean and a dexent size, the staff were very friendly, and the lobby was a very nice place to visit. It is full of places to sit and a computer area if you need more space to work. The pool was rather small and not deep, less than 4ft the whole pool, but was a nice area and there was a hot tub and exercise room. All around a nice place to stay in (King size bed!!)
