  Competitive when it comes to advertised prices but good luck finding anything or getting help finding anything for that matter. Theres lots of staff in the store but none wanted to help. Instead i watched 4 employees try and find another man a battery for his drill and simply brush me aside. I left with one item from my list. Likely will not be returning to this location again.

  If you need PAINT, look for Dan from Polo Park location. Very nice and helpful guy! Great job Dan! ====== Polo Park team is awesome. Thanks guys for all the help! Highly recommended.

  A fine store with a great selection. Some staff are knowledgeable, others not so much. All building materials are stored indoors.

  Called to inquire about laser cutting for getting a key made and although I didn't catch the name of the gentleman in customer service that fielded my call I was absolutely blown away by the service. When the hardware department employee was busy and unable to take my call he apologized, took down my number and offered to call me back within 5 minutes - which actually happened! As someone with an background in customer service I thoroughly appreciate when someone executes a promise. Thank you for help!
